Interaction Packaging Design - Mystery Chocolate

I remember very clearly when I was in LCC, my professor always encourage us to contain or graphic with other different medias. As an example like this Mystery Chocolate that I think the packaging cooperate perfectly with the interactive motion. And I like it very much.

This packaging designed by Kevin Harald Campean from Hungary. The basis of his conception was to create a playful and clear chocolate package, which contains 3 different chocolates: white, black and milk. His goal was to not recognize at the first look which box contains what kind of chocolate.

The playfulness of the package resides in the fact that the type of the chocolate will be only visible when it is pulled out of the box. The letters appear and disappear one by one.

The basic mechanism corresponds to the barrier grid animation technique. This is an optical illusion, generated by sliding of two layers located over themselves.

Interesting Packaging Design - FUNE-SUSHI Takeaway Packaging

This packaging was designed by Gerlinde Gruber Packaging Design Studio from Austria. It is inspired by the streamlined frames of ships and fish.

I quite like the idea how the package cooperate with the wood chopstick which create a very interesting design and it goes green as well. But I don't quite like it's shape that don't you think it looks like a coffin? Maybe the choice of color and paper material was wrong.

Damien Hirst in Tate Modern, London

Although I am not a fan of Damien Hirst's art work, but as he is so famous and his skeleton which is one of the most expensive art work now. I thought why not to have a look, even though I can't really take the death issue.

Damien Hirst is a contemporary artist till now. He was born in Bristol in 1965 and grew up in Leeds, where he began his studies in art at Jacob Kramer College. This exhibition is the first major survey of Hirst's work to be held in London. It provides an opportunity to trace the development of his career and to experience some of his most iconic works.

Damien Hirst and his most expensive art work - the skeleton which cover with diamonds.

East London - Heaven of Art

East London is my favorite place of London with full of arts, galleries and graffiti. When every time I visit east side of the London, there are always full of surprise just by walking on the street. East London might looks a bit crazy and not posh. However in those little alleys, you could always found a creative and interesting design shop or gallery. And this is why how much I in love with East London.

A to Z Project - Negative Space - typography design

A to Z project, we asked to chose a word from each 26 alphabets. Research into each of our chosen 26 words and try to unravel and get to grips with the meaning and potential of our words. Output a substantial body of work utilizing a range of prototyping methods - sketches, test prints, 3D models, etc.

This project I have transferred the circles to the display typography.
